To ensure your team is able to proactively manage the indoor air quality, we added enhancement to the Rules feature and Alert page.
Whenever a parameter goes outside of the rule range you defined, a red dot will appear over the Alert button, located on the upper right-hand, as seen below.
Clicking there will redirect you to the Alert page showing you all the alerts you have. Upon clicking on a specific alert, you will be directed to the rule that went out of the range you defined.
In the triggered rule page you will see the rules that went outside of the margins you set up on the rules page.
Rules created within the module are now clickable and show the Minimum, Maximum, and Now levels, when clicking on the desired parameter.
The triggered date column will show you the time the rule was outside the margins. If it was between 10 AM -11 AM, or if it’s currently outside of the margins.
When "Any Parameter Exceed" is selected rules will be triggered when any parameter goes out of your defined range. Whereas with "All Parameter Exceed" all selected parameters have to be outside of your defined range for the rule to be triggered.
Optional Step - Execute Action
- Change Aura Mode - Mode will change automatically
Create a Custom Task - Assign specific users to complete a task when a parameter rule is triggered
Rules alerts can be received through either email notifications, running reports, clicking on the alert button, or accessing the Rules module. Email alerts, will redirect you directly to the triggered rule page and display the parameter that has gone outside of your range.
