Adding a New Location
Having trouble adding a location?
With iPhone, please follow these instructions:
- Open your phone settings, Click on “apps” > “Location apps”,
- Find the Aura app on that list, click on it, and Click on “Permissions” > “Location apps”,
- Exit the phone settings and go back to the Aura app.
- Mark the “Use My Current Location” box.
With Android, please follow these instructions:
- Open your phone settings, Click on “Privacy” > “Location services”,
- Find the Aura app on that list, click on it, and change the location settings to “While Using the App”,
- Exit the phone settings and go back to the Aura app.
- In the app, mark the “Use My Current Location” box.
