Returning your Aura Device? 🙁
We understand, sometimes a purchase is not what you imagined it would be. Not to worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below including rules around fair use. None of these rules affect your legal rights.
If you request a return for your Aura device within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method discluding the charging fee and shipping.
We strive to provide your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned and approved Aura Package.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.
Certain Aura devices cannot be returned for refunds if:
- You no longer have the original packaging
- The Aura device, Ray Filter, wall adapter, extra plugs are no longer in your possession.
All items are examined on return.
If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging wherever possible, including the Aura device, The Ray Filter, Wall Adapter, and Spare Plugs.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
Please note, we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer exchanges. If you would like a different device, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. (In the return period)
Returning a faulty or incorrect item?
We aim to maintain your satisfaction by sticking to a 7-day timeframe to classify a device as malfunctioned (from the initial reach-out). Once the problem is identified we will send out a new order and within 21 business days so you can continue enjoying your pure air.
Replacing a faulty device from non-US/EU countries
Note, for orders outside of the US & EU that demand replacement; payment of VAT and sales tax according to local govenment policy is the responsibility of the customer.
